Born from the inspiration of top chefs and dedicated to them, Nebbia is gently subjected to a slow, warm smoking process with cherry wood that lasts up to 14 hours. Our special, gentle processing of the grain allows the smoke to cling to the vegetable oils in the pericarp and linger throughout the cooking process.
