Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a written notice to the email address info@gliaironi.it.
Risi&Co Srl will require the products to be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. Any products without their original packaging or which have been used are not eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal, as established by current legislation. Shipping costs and logistics arrangements in the event of a return due to withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.

Legal Warranty for Defective Products

In the event of damaged or defective products, please contact us via our official customer service channels within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, in accordance with Articles 133, 135 and 135bis of the Italian Consumer Code. In accordance with the regulations, we will ask you to send us photographic evidence of the defect or damage found, and the application of the Right to Warranty will be subject to verification by our Quality Department.

In this case, the shipping costs for the return are borne by us, as required by current legislation.
