Shipping and Returns

Shipping

In Italy, including the islands, shipping costs are €9.99

Shipping is FREE for orders over €60.00.

For shipments weighing more than 15 kg, shipping costs are €14.99.

We process orders received before 12:00 PM the same day; we ship via GLS courier, and delivery generally occurs within 24-48 hours of dispatch.

We ship only Monday through Friday; you'll receive a tracking code by email once your order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds

As per our Terms of Use, and as regulated by the Consumer Code, our products are protected by a Legal Guarantee where applicable.

If you wish to invoke the Legal Guarantee, please notify us in writing via email.

For returns due to withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement, please note that the deadline is 14 days from receipt of the item; we do not accept returns beyond this period, as regulated by the Consumer Code. Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
