If our company is called gliAironi , it is because when we founded it we wanted to pay homage to the Grey Herons , a species on the verge of extinction, which returned to populate the rice fields in the area only a few years ago, when a new generational conscience stopped focusing on intensive rice cultivation.

The environment is what makes our rice so excellent, it is what surrounds us, it is the greatest asset we have.
