We took our best Carnaroli rice and smoked it over cherry wood for 14 hours. The result is a rice with soft, woody notes, intense on the nose and pleasantly delicate on the palate. This product is ideal for creating unusual risottos, but also as a side dish for meat, fish, game, and vegetables, adding contrasting aromas and flavors.
