SECTION 2. Products and Descriptions

We offer a selection of high-quality rice-based products. By way of a non-exhaustive example, these include:

  • Carnaroli rice with Gemma.
  • Smoked rice (Nebbia).
  • Ready-to-cook risotto mixes.
  • NERO Sake (fermented black rice liquor).
  • Handmade biscuits, also available in gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free versions.

Each product is described in detail with images and information on its main features. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

SECTION 3. Prices and Payments

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Payments via Stripe.
  • Payments via PayPal.
  • Payments by bank transfer.
  • Other available methods will be indicated at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. For payments by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

We do not accept cash on delivery payments.

SECTION 4. Orders and Availability

Orders can only be placed via our website. Product availability is updated in real time. Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Fraud or suspected misuse of the system.

SECTION 5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer courier delivery throughout Italy, including the islands. For deliveries to the smaller islands and Venice only, we reserve the right to process orders manually in order to ensure the best available shipping rate – please contact us by email at info@gliaironi.it, stating your full address, so that we can complete your order.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are generally between 1 and 2 working days.

For orders paid by bank transfer, dispatch takes place once payment has been received.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight and whether the minimum order value is met.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery. For further information, please refer to the Shipping and Returns page.

SECTION 6. Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a written notice to the email address info@gliaironi.it. Risi&Co srl may request that products be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, except in the case of faulty products or errors on our part.

Defective or damaged products: As regulated by the Consumer Code, Articles 133, 135 and 135bis, in the event of damaged or defective products, please contact us by emailing qualita@gliaironi.it, providing photographic evidence of the defect or damage within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return shipment.
