In collaboration with Galup's master pastry chefs, the Gran Galup x gliAironi is born!

A soft panettone, inspired by the long tradition of the Pinerolo pastry shop, enriched with quality ingredients from gliAironi. The dough benefits from the delicate black rice flour, which, along with the lemon paste, distinguishes the Gran Galup x gliAironi flavor. The raisins, a signature of this Christmas dessert, are soaked in our BLACK SAKÈ, creating a harmony of unique flavors.

Almonds and sugar flakes complete the panettone.

A limited edition for this Christmas 2025, for a sweet treat during one of the most important times of the year.
